Los Angeles County Fire Department

Jointly manages and leases the SCE-sponsored Quick Reaction Force helitanker fleet (three CH-47 Chinooks, one Sikorsky S-76, mobile retardant base) with OCFA and Ventura County FD; SCE contributed nearly $35 million to the program in 2023. Continuing the QRF with Ventura County in 2026 after OCFA's exit.
