Humboldt County's Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services adopted the Zonehaven (now Genasys Protect) evacuation-zone platform as part of Genasys's original 13-county California rollout announced in October 2021.

Still current. Humboldt County's Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services maintains an Evacuation Mapping page built on the platform and publishes a Genasys Protect FAQ document for residents. The product was rebranded from Zonehaven to Genasys Protect after the acquisition, so the vendor name in the record should be read as Genasys Inc. throughout. Genasys has since expanded the California county footprint beyond the original 13.
