USFS National Mobile Food Services (MFSU) Parent IDIQ 2025-2029
AwardedDetails
Small-business set-aside multiple-award IDIQ for mobile food service units feeding fire-suppression and all-hazard incident personnel across 30+ designated dispatch points in 11 western states; the prior 2019-2023 vehicle purchased $395.8 million in meal services.
No ceiling is published for this multiple-award IDIQ. The USFS generic contract (solicitation 1202SC24R2100) states only a $5,000 guaranteed minimum per awardee over the life of the parent IDIQ, and a maximum order threshold above which the contractor may decline ('any order for a single item in excess of 90 days or $15M'). The Forest Service itself writes that 'estimating the total overall contract value is difficult'. The $395.8M figure is what the PRIOR 2019-2023 vehicle actually purchased, not a ceiling for this one. Third-party 'AI-estimated value' ranges (e.g. HigherGov's $50M-$150M) are machine guesses, not procurement data — do not publish them.
