USFS's Pacific Southwest Region commissioned Pyrologix to produce a contemporary, quantitative wildfire hazard assessment across all land ownerships in California, forming the California All-Lands Hazard Assessment used for risk and mitigation planning statewide.

Awardee changed hands: Pyrologix merged with Vibrant Planet effective 30 June 2023, announced 20 July 2023, with Vibrant Planet absorbing Pyrologix's wildfire hazard analysis, exposure risk assessment and treatment scenario planning capability. The California All-Lands Hazard Assessment produced under this engagement remains the reference statewide product, so the deliverable is still the current state of affairs even though the 2021 task itself is complete.
