CAL FIRE is making $10 million in Proposition 4 funding available to California Native American tribes and tribal organizations for wildfire resilience work including cultural burning, fuels reduction and forest health projects. Concept proposals are accepted from early July 2026 to early September 2026, with full applications invited between October and December 2026.
