PG&E lists nine approved undergrounding/system-hardening construction contractors for its wildfire-risk powerline burial program: Alvah Contracting, C&C Utility, Dars Cox Construction, K.W. Emerson, MGE Undergrounding, Par West, Underground Electric Construction Company, Veteran Power Infrastructure, and Wilson Construction Co. The program has completed 1,240+ underground miles toward a 2027 goal of 1,900 miles.
