PGE deployed Pano AI 360-degree AI smoke-detection cameras across high-risk zones (26 units as of April 2023, ~40 by mid-2025) as part of a roughly $110 million five-year wildfire mitigation technology program; in July 2025 PGE opened the camera feeds to the public and shares them with 50+ agencies.
