Under a FEMA mission assignment issued January 17, 2025, the Army Corps of Engineers ran the Palisades and Eaton fire debris removal mission with ECC of Burlingame, CA as primary contractor, clearing more than 9,500 properties and about 2.6 million tons of debris by September 2025. Figure is the total FEMA mission-assignment value across all contractors; ECC is the executing prime.
