Standing Incident Resource Agreement with ODF supplying 10-person Type 2 wildland firefighter hand crews and a 2,300-gallon potable water truck for state wildfire response.

ODF Incident Resource Agreement 0296-ODF-26-FIR. This is a rate-based call-when-needed agreement with no contract ceiling or total value: ODF publishes the signed rate sheet, which prices Type 2 20-person hand crews at $73.55/hour (resources FIR-01, FIR-02) and $88.26/hour (FIR-03), plus equipment line items. Payment depends entirely on incident use, so no dollar 'value' exists to publish. Figure is a master-agreement ceiling drawn against by multiple agencies.
