Statewide preseason equipment contracts covering dozers, excavation and water-tender trucking for wildfire response: Alpine Transport Inc, Blackburn and Sons Construction LLC, Fox Creek Enterprises, Ryno Engineering Inc, Shane Campbell Trucking LLC and Sundberg Solutions LLC.

Rate-based pre-season equipment agreements with multiple vendors; IDL posts the signed rate sheets but there is no contract ceiling or total award value. Figure is a master-agreement ceiling drawn against by multiple agencies.
