Statewide preseason contracts for Type 2 hand crews running through 2026-2028: Dust Busters Plus LLC, Franco Reforestation Inc, Wildcat Fire Inc, Wy'east Wildlands LLC and Miller Timber Service Inc, alongside PatRick Environmental and Grayback under the same mechanism.

IDL publishes each signed pre-season contract as a PDF rate sheet (e.g. 'Crew-Statewide-Grayback-Forestry-Inc-Expires-12-31-2025.pdf'). These are rate-based, use-dependent agreements with no contract ceiling or total award value. Figure is a master-agreement ceiling drawn against by multiple agencies.
