Statewide Emergency Equipment Rental Agreements with private contractors supplying bulldozers and other heavy equipment on a call-when-needed basis; the current agreement cycle runs through April 30, 2027.

Emergency Equipment Rental Agreements (EERAs) are pre-season rate agreements with many vendors, not a single award. They carry no contract value or ceiling — CAL FIRE pays published hourly/daily equipment rates only when equipment is ordered to an incident. Figure is a master-agreement ceiling drawn against by multiple agencies.
