Conversion of seven former U.S. Coast Guard HC-130H aircraft into large airtankers using Coulson Aviation's RADS-XXL retardant delivery system (4,000-gallon capacity), retrofitted at McClellan Air Tanker Base at a reported ~$6.5 million per aircraft; first tanker went operational August 26, 2024, with more following through 2025.
