Local implementation partner for the California Wildfire Mitigation Program home hardening pilot in Dulzura, Campo and Potrero, where contractors perform defensible space work and fire-resistant retrofits at no cost to income-qualified homeowners. Eight homes were complete and nine in progress as of May 2025; the county is not currently taking applications.
