Per Zentek's 2025-11-05 release, Altek Advanced Materials Inc. is an independent US company holding an exclusive five-year licence to Zentek's GraphGel in the US at a 5% royalty with a $1,000,000 minimum annual royalty after an 18-month ramp. Altek CEO Greg Fenton describes The Wildfire Guardian as Altek's own fire-management product using GraphGel as a component. Not publicly traded; ticker cleared and HQ corrected to Las Vegas, NV.
